HARWINTON, Conn. (WFSB) - More than 80 percent of Harwinton residents remained without power Monday, more than 24 hours after Fourth of July storms swept through the area, according to Eversource. The utility said it could take several more days before electricity is fully restored. Downed trees and power lines also made it difficult to travel through parts of town.
