Treatment Patterns and Clinical Outcomes After Immunotherapy Failure in Patients With Natural Killer/T-Cell Lymphoma
To the editor, Natural killer/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL) is an aggressive subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), and predominantly occurs in East Asia and Latin America [1, 2]. NKTCL is closely associated with Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) infection, contributing to a notable pathological feature of the upregulation of programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) on tumor cells [3], which provides a mechanistic rationale for immune checkpoint blockade in NKTCL.
Coupled ferroelectricity and phonon chirality
Abstract Recognizing the coupling between ferroelectricity and chirality in optically active ferroelectrics opens a route for manipulating chirality via ferroelectricity under an external electric field, enabling control over chirality-dependent quantum states. Here, we report the experimental demonstration of the coupling between ferroelectricity and phonon chirality in the molecular ferroelectric triglycine sulfate.
Sad emotion processing-related theta oscillation patterns link suicide attempt to childhood trauma in depression: evidence from MEG
Abstract Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a severe mood disorder with genetic and environmental interactions. Subtypes with childhood trauma (CT) tend to have higher rates of suicide attempt (SA). The amygdala (AMY) and medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) are integral to the neurocircuitry underlying emotional processing, with dysregulation of these regions being posited as a pathophysiological hallmark both in CT and SA. However, the specific neural mechanisms linking CT and SA are unclear.
Immunophenotypic, Genetic, and Clinical Features Associated With RUNX1 Mutation in Acute Leukemias and Chronic Myeloid Neoplasms
1 Introduction Runt-related transcription factor 1 (RUNX1), also known as acute myeloid leukemia 1 protein (AML1), is a critical transcription factor in the regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation and proliferation [1, 2]. RUNX1 encodes the DNA-binding subunit of core-binding-factor alpha, interacting with DNA primarily through the runt homology domain (RHD) [3, 4].
Slope Structure Evolution and Spatial Competition Mechanisms among Urban, Agricultural, and Ecological Spaces in China

Neuronal lipid droplets play a conserved and sex-biased role in maintaining whole-body energy homeostasis
|
Abstract Lipids are essential for neuron development and physiology1,2,3. Yet, the central hubs that coordinate lipid supply and demand in neurons remain unclear4. Here we show the presence and functional significance of neuronal lipid droplets (nLDs) in vivo using invertebrate and vertebrate models. We validate5 the presence of nLDs in vivo and demonstrate that triglyceride metabolism enzymes and LD-associated proteins control nLD formation through both canonical and recently discovered pathways6.
