ZnZrF 6 -Based Electrolytes are Used in High-Stability Zinc-Ion Capacitors
1 Introduction In recent years, polymetallic synergy has been considered to be an effective strategy to improve the stability of metal anode. Compared with simple fluorine salt additives [1-6], fluoride-containing high-valence metal cations can not only provide F− to participate in interfacial reactions, but may also modulate the chemical composition, mechanical strength, and charge transport properties of the interface layer through the introduction of metal elements.
Astrocytes viewed through the lens of their proteomes and subproteomes
Abstract Astrocytes are morphologically complex and functionally diverse glial cells that play central roles in neural circuits and disease. Although transcriptomic and physiological analyses have advanced understanding of astrocyte function, the intricacies of the relationship between gene expression and protein levels remains poorly understood.
Adipocyte-specific ablation of Gadd45b exacerbates obesity-associated cellular senescence and metabolic disorders via Fgf1b promoter hypermethylation
Abstract Cellular senescence contributes to obesity-associated adipose dysfunction, yet the upstream regulators of this process remain poorly understood. Here, we identified growth arrest and DNA damage-inducible protein 45 beta (Gadd45b) as an adaptive regulator of adipocyte senescence and systemic metabolic homeostasis. GADD45B expression was elevated in adipose tissue from obese human subjects and positively correlated with senescence-related markers.
Fiber Bragg grating-based method for measuring mesiodistal tooth displacement and force under physiological conditions
Real-time measurement of mesiodistal displacement and force on teeth is a classic challenge in dentistry. RSPO2-based peptibodies conjugated with pyrrolobenzodiazepine dimer or camptothecin analogs demonstrate potent anti-tumor activity by targeting the three receptors LGR4/5/6
Abstract LGR4/5/6 (leucine-rich repeat containing, G protein-coupled receptors 4, 5, and 6) are three homologous receptors that are co-expressed or alternately expressed at high levels in tumor cells of colorectal cancer and high-risk neuroblastoma. Simultaneous targeting of all three receptors may provide increased efficacy or overcome drug resistance due to tumor heterogeneity and cancer cell plasticity.
Gut microbial metabolite 4-hydroxybenzeneacetic acid drives colorectal cancer progression via accumulation of immunosuppressive PMN-MDSCs
Abstract Colorectal cancer (CRC) is characterized by an immune-suppressive microenvironment that contributes to tumor progression and immunotherapy resistance. The gut microbiome produces diverse metabolites that feature unique mechanisms of interaction with host targets, yet the role of many metabolites in CRC remains poorly understood.

Effective Use of Novel Auxotrophic Agrobacterium tumefaciens Strains for Transformation and Biocontainment
1. Introduction Agrobacterium tumefaciens is a Gram-negative phytopathogenic bacterium that infects large numbers of plant species. During the infection process, A. tumefaciens transfers a segment of DNA, known as the T-DNA (“transferred DNA”), from its tumor-inducing (Ti) plasmid into the host plant cell. The T-DNA contains a series of tumor-inducing genes and integrates into the genome of the host plant, leading to the development of crown gall disease.
