Designing APIs for agents
In early 2025, Webflow started building for MCP before there was a clear playbook for agent-ready APIs. We publicly announced our MCP server in April 2025, then joined Cloudflare’s May 2025 Demo Day alongside the first wave of remote MCP servers. Our first approach was straightforward: wrap existing APIs as MCP tools. But we quickly learned that APIs designed for developers don’t work well for agents.
Multi-omics analysis identifies GAA as an independent poor prognostic biomarker and candidate therapeutic target in angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma
Abstract Background: Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) is an aggressive subtype of peripheral T-cell lymphoma with poor clinical outcomes and limited therapeutic options. The contribution of metabolic reprogramming and immune microenvironmental alterations to AITL progression remains insufficiently defined.

Chidamide synergizes with cisplatin-etoposide to trigger pyroptosis and anti-tumor immunity in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma
|
Abstract Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive malignancy where many patients relapse after standard therapy, necessitating novel approaches. Pyroptosis is an inflammatory cell death that can stimulate antitumor immunity. Histone deacetylases are frequently overexpressed in DLBCL and contribute to immune evasion. This study investigates whether combining the HDAC inhibitor chidamide with cisplatin and etoposide induces pyroptosis and enhances antitumor immune responses.

Levothyroxine dose prediction post-thyroidectomy for differentiated thyroid carcinoma
1 Introduction Thyroid cancer has emerged as one of the fastest-growing malignancies worldwide (1, 2), with differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) accounting for over 90% of cases (3, 4). Although DTC generally exhibits a favorable prognosis (5), postoperative management presents significant difficulties. Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) suppression therapy is a cornerstone of DTC treatment; however, the optimization of levothyroxine (L-T4) dosing remains a clinical challenge (6, 7).
Association Between Vasomotor Symptoms and Ischemic Stroke: A Case‐Control Study
1 Introduction Ischemic stroke (IS) is a major contributor to global mortality and disability, its incidence increasing with age, particularly among women aged 50 to 69 years (Ding et al. 2022). This trend may be attributable to sex-specific reproductive factors (Bushnell et al. 2014). Previous studies have identified menopause as a risk factor for cardiovascular disease (CVD) in women, with a marked increase in stroke incidence following menopause (Welten et al. 2021).
Global, regional, and national epidemiology of thyroid cancer in middle-aged and elderly adults from 1990 to 2021
1 Introduction Thyroid cancer (TC) is the most common endocrine malignancy, encompassing diverse histological subtypes with distinct frequencies and clinical behaviors. Papillary carcinoma is the predominant and typically indolent form, whereas follicular, medullary, and anaplastic tumors are less common but more aggressive (1). Global cancer statistics for 2022 reported 821,173 new cases of TC and 47,485 deaths, ranking TC as the seventh most common cancer (2).

Postacute Sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 Infection in Several Eras | NEJM
To the Editor: In the article by Xie et al. (Aug. 8 issue)1 regarding postacute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC) in the pre-delta, delta, and omicron eras, the authors note that 71.89% of the decrease in PASC events per 100 persons at 1 year was attributable to vaccines. We think that this conclusion is perhaps not warranted, owing to the lack of data regarding the quantity and type of vaccinations received.

Enacting Fairly or Fearfully? Unpacking the Enactment of Critical Thinking Policies in Chinese Senior High Schools
1. Introduction Policy implementation has been a key focus in public policy since Pressman and Wildavsky’s publication in 1973, which highlighted the complexity of the implementation process and the importance of understanding the local context for effective outcomes [1]. Ball recognised that the notion of policy being “implemented” carries an idealised view, which assumes that policy is executed by rational policy agents with abundant resources in the best possible contexts [2].

Three-year outcomes of post-acute sequelae of COVID-19 - Nature Medicine
Abstract Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection causes post-acute sequelae of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) (PASC) in many organ systems. Risks of these sequelae have been characterized up to 2 years after infection, but longer-term follow-up is limited. Here we built a cohort of 135,161 people with SARS-CoV-2 infection and 5,206,835 controls from the US Department of Veterans Affairs who were followed for 3 years to estimate risks of death and PASC.

Risk disclosures in annual reports and firms’ default risk
1 INTRODUCTION We investigate whether risk-related disclosures in firms’ 10-K filings provide useful information for assessing default risk, which is the most significant economic factor determining bond value (Collin-Dufresne & Goldstein, 2001; Duffee, 1999; Duffie & Singleton, 1997). Default risk impacts investors’ assessments of the issuer's ability to fulfill obligations on its bond issue, with bond valuation intricately tied to its perceived creditworthiness.
Paxlovid Is Effective but Underused-Here’s What the Latest Research Says About Rebound and More
Anyone who watches television has probably seen the Pfizer commercial with the tagline, “If it’s COVID, Paxlovid.” That might be a catchy slogan, but, apparently, a lot of people aren’t getting the message. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved Paxlovid last May for the treatment of mild to moderate COVID-19 in adults who are at risk of progression to severe disease.
EGFR core fucosylation, induced by hepatitis C virus, promotes TRIM40-mediated-RIG-I ubiquitination and suppresses interferon-I antiviral defenses - Nature Communications
Abstract Aberrant N-glycosylation has been implicated in viral diseases. Alpha-(1,6)-fucosyltransferase (FUT8) is the sole enzyme responsible for core fucosylation of N-glycans during glycoprotein biosynthesis. Here we find that multiple viral envelope proteins, including Hepatitis C Virus (HCV)-E2, Vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV)-G, Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2)-Spike and human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-gp120, enhance FUT8 expression and core fucosylation.
